D-130 Hot Melt Butyl IG Sealant
Delchem 130 Hot Melt Butyl IG Sealant is formulated with advanced synthetic polymers and elastomers to provide superior structural, adhesive, and cohesive strengths.
D130 is virtually tack-free within minutes after application. D130 retains excellent elastomeric traits and performance characteristics across a wide spectrum of temperature extremes D130 is a single component, 100% solids, IG sealant formulated to provide the versatility required by today’s scope of application equipment.
D130 is approved for use on the Intercept® IG System, is used on automated gunning tables, can be directly gunned via 55-gallon and 5-gallon pumping equipment, and via small, low production volume units.
D130 Hot Melt Butyl has been designed for fabricators seeking great structural adhesion with a low residual tack. D130 provides a high degree of structural rigidity and shear strength. D130 also has a wide application temperature range of 375 F to 425 F.
